    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Please head over to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect again with your Rank Math account.

    Then, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:
    refresh

    Got me twice now. Looks like they want you to download then reinstall the plugin, but it won’t work.😭😭😭

    Hello @Nick,

    Can you please follow the instructions in my previous reply and then clear the transients and see if that helps?

    To clear the transients, head over to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients
    transients
