I am Unable to Activate my RankMath Pro Account

    Hello,
    I am facing problem in activating RankMath pro on my website.
    The problem is that I installed RankMath Free and Pro Versions on my website. But then i had to migrate my website to a new hosting which i did successfully by using UpdraftPlus plugin. Now after migration, i tried to connect my website to RankMath Account, but the Free as well as Pro versions are not connecting to my site. I have done everything from my end but still nothing. Please help me fix this issue.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    You have opened this ticket with a Free Rank Math account.

    Please login to your Rank Math PRO account with the email you purchased your subscription at https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Then go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General, and make sure that the “WordPress Address” and “Site Address” have the same setup.
    Meaning both URLs have the same exact protocols. They should be matching and not have a mismatch.
    reconnect

    Then, connect your website to your Rank Math PRO account by going to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help

    If you have any further questions, please open a new ticket with the email you purchased your subscription.

    Dear, i have done everything. Even both URLs are same. but even the free account is also not connecting.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    Also, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
