    Dear support team,

    I am trying to recover my access with the email p****@p****************. I was a customer of yours some time ago using this email address, and I would like to reactivate my account. I have asked the system several times to send the password recovery to p****@p****************, but I have not received any mail, despite repeated attempts throughout the day.

    I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
