I am no longer able to access my previous opened ticket, now the issue still on

    hi, i have open ticket (see sensitive data) and me and ur team are in the middle of fixing it. Last talk they try to access to my WordPress to see and ask me to back up the site because they want to deactivate plug in to see what is the problem that case rankmeth not working.

    But now I cant access that threat anymore, because my account is downgrade to free version. please hlep.

    hello, i see someone from rankmeth go to check my site , diable all plug in and after a while they are all back the same. But I haven’t seen any update at all of how the process goes. is it because the staffs reply in the old thread and I cant see message? please help.

    Those tickets were opened in the PRO forum, so a user with a free account can’t access that forum.

    We have now moved them to Rank Math FREE forum, and you should be able to access them now.
