Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
You can choose to redirect to parent option in Rank math > General Settings If you don’t want to redirect the images to their posts, you can edit their indexing in Rank math > Titles & Meta > Attachments or you can edit individual images under WordPress Dashboard > Media > edit each media file and set it to noindex.
