It seems like a bug in Google’s HTTPS reports. Please check the HTTPS section of your GSC account and see if there are any invalid URLs. https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/11396518
If there are not, you can simply ignore the error when checking an individual URL. Many users are facing the same issue so it surely seems like a bug: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/gsc-https-is-invalid-and-might-prevent-it-from-being-indexed.1437573/

top url showing indexed but the second url showing unknown in search console.
(Only the difference in( /) sign)
