You need to ask your web host to activate an SSL certificate for your domain, or you can choose to go with Cloudflare.
After the SSL certificate is activated, install and activate the Really Simple SSL plugin on your site.

Rank Math will only display the websites that are verified in the Search Console.
If you have not verified the HTTPS version of your site in the Search Console, it won’t be displayed in Rank Math.
If you want Rank Math to allow you to choose the HTTPS version, please verify the same on Google Search Console first.
