    Hello Team,
    My website is http://www.9tails.club
    Currently we don’t have SSL certificate on site as we are creating the site. We are going to create google console property for this website and implement RANKMATH on our site. We want to configure RANKMATH properly on site and after that intent to purchase SSL certificate (within 1-2 month).
    So will my SEO implementation go in vein and will have to re-do all configuration again because then site will move from “http://www.9tails.club” to “https://www.9tails.club” .
    Or does RANKMATH handles this on its own?

    The only reason for purchasing SSL certificate is that it’s costly.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math.

    Rank math uses the version you have in your current site, whether https/http. The Google Search Console on the other hand will require that you do verify the correct version of you site. In this case, you may have to verify your site again in the GSC once you switch to https. Ensure to remove the previously added versions of the property. Once this is done, you will also need to reconnect Rank math to get the correct data of the newly verified version of your site.

    We also recommend redirecting all versions of your site to the same destination, that is; redirect www & non-www, https & http to your correct version. To do this you can follow the guideline given in this article.
