Whenever we write something in the text box there, in the backend a query runs to fetch all the pages that matches what’s written in the text box. If nothing is appearing, that means some Javascript from other plugin is hindering the normal way the Rank Math works.
Check for JavaScript errors in the console on the edit screen. If you find them, please send a screenshot.

You can also use shortcode method. Entering the shortcode [rank_math_breadcrumb] on that page should also work.

First of all make sure all the plugins & themes are updated to latest version. I’ve seen this error when jetpack is installed. Please try deactivating that and check if it works. If not, then please perform plugin / theme conflict test.
