HTML Sitemap has no hyperlinks for some of the categories shown

    Hello, when looking at the HTML sitemap I can see some of the categories shown are missing the hyperlink to the actual category. In the XML sitemap file I can see it is correctly referencing the hyperlink to the category. I have uploaded an image comparing both screens to https://imgur.com/2z2ulZ2

    Is this a bug or is there something I need to change in the plugin to enable the taxonomies category hyperlinks to be in the HTML sitemap?

    Let’s first clear the cache and see if this resolves the issues.

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    Even after following the above steps, didn’t resolves the issue, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Hello,

    The taxonomy you had for the CPT was created with incorrect arguments and the sitemap was not able to fetch the URL data from the database.

    We have created those categories by mimicking the same methods as the main theme was creating the “Services” and the other CPTs and the URLs are now being detected correctly on those taxonomies as well.
