Everytime I use this mathod: 200 to 201 in sitemap settings page. But it’s late too much and indexed page disappeared from Google.

I checked your sitemap and I can see that now it is working properly. If changing the links per sitemap resolves the sitemap issue then it might be a caching issue. You can try to apply the following filter to your site and see if that works for you.
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

However, because of this sitemap issue, your indexed pages shouldn’t disappear from Google. Please share some affected URLs with us so we can check those further for you.

I need help, my web traffic has been zero since yesterday by sitemap error. And I fixed sitemap error yesterday also. Please check if any other have that traffic gone.

Please note that traffic decrease is not related to sitemap. Sitemaps only help search engines to index your site faster and deeper, so the worst that can happen in case if you have an error with sitemap is *no changes* from search engines (same as non-existing sitemap).
Web traffic is showing zero in Rank Math dashboard or Google Search Console? If it’s showing in GSC, then there could be various reason why there’s a sudden drop in traffic and you can read about it here in detail: https://www.searchenginejournal.com/why-search-rankings-traffic-drop/264617/
