Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I checked the source of the page but was unable to replicate the issue. The SEO/meta description is correctly set and is without any HTML/CSS code.
Please have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
However, to check why the code is shown there, we might need to take a closer look at the issue. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I logged into your website’s admin area but I was unable to replicate the issue.
Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
However, if you’re still seeing the code, then please clear your website and browser’s cache and see if that removes the code.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
I cleared cash but it’s still displayed. Also i looked through your screencast and haven’t seen that you got down till this chapter:
Hospitals Archive Description

Description – that is it! right here is bug. Please look through it
Article Type
Hospitals Robots MetaHello,
I logged in again and was able to replicate the issue.
I did some troubleshooting but the issue persists. I checked the related page but it seems fine.
The CSS code shown is related to Elementor. Upon investigating, I noticed that Elementor PRO is not updated to the latest version. You’re using v3.3.8 and the latest version is 3.4.1. Also, a Compatibility Alert is shown for the latest version.
I suggest you create a staging website and replicate the issue there and then update the plugin and see if the issue is fixed.
If the issue persists, please share its logins so that we can perform the troubleshooting there and your live website doesn’t get affected by the troubleshooting.
You may follow this article to create the staging website: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Ok, thanks. I’ll ry to manage by myself. If issue persist then get back to you
