To pass the test, you can add the keywords exactly as they are i.e, if the keywords include a dot, then in the contents also they should be present with a dot.
With that being said, please note that these tests are only there for your reference to help you in optimizing your content. If you feel any of them doesn’t apply, please feel free to ignore them.
However, few characters like commas cannot be included in the focus keywords, since commas are used to separate focus keywords.
As for dots, you can add them at the beginning of the keywords. Here’s a screencast for a quick reference:
