how to update free to premium

    I just bought the premium… would have been great to receive a walkthrough on how to set up my website so that it’s no longer showing the “Upgrade today to pro”

    With that said, how am I supposed to unlock the pro features on my website?

    QUICK UPDATE

    I’ve refreshed my account a few times, and I finally notice the “PRO” plugin download.

    With that installed, can I remove the free version of the plugin? Or do I need both?

    Not sure why I’m still seeing these ads to upgrade… I’m also blocked from using the pro plugin features.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    You can’t uninstall the Free plugin. The PRO version is built on top of the free plugin, so you need to keep both installed and activated to use the PRO.

    To properly get started with the PRO plugin, please ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math plugin. If not yet, please do update them. You may refer to our changelog page here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    Then head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and on this page, please click on the “Disconnect” button and reconnect your paid Rank Math account again.

    This should fix the “Upgrade…” notice you are seeing.
