Please also note that although Rank Math adds proper schema to your website, it is ultimately Google’s decision if they want to include them with your website or not. It depends on a lot of factors, authority and backlinks being just the 2 of them.
Here’s what Google says:
“Google does not guarantee that your structured data will show up in search results, even if your page is marked up correctly according to the Structured Data Testing Tool.”
