Those pages are dynamically generated and Google may have discovered those URLs by other means.
In this case, you may use some rule on your robots.txt file to prevent Googlebot from crawling them. Here are the rules that can try to set there:
Disallow: */?showtype*
Once done, please allow Google some time to re-crawl your site to reflect the changes.

my robots.txt file in cpanel has many more settings by wordfence and wprocket..
if i update this in rankmath setting, will it impact those settings??

If you have a robots.txt file present on the root directory of your server, editing robots.txt file from Rank Math settings won’t work in this case. You’ll need to edit the physical robots.txt file either by accessing your cPanel/FTP or you may also use a plugin like WP File Manager.
