how to stop duplicating posts

Hello,

Yesterday i noticed something new, and i don’t know if you can help me with it or not.

While using Ahrefs, i saw many duplicated posts. so i started investigating the issue, but i couldn’t find any somlution.
Here’s an example :

This is the post under a category which is what i want : https://koorayalla.com/%d8%b1%d9%8a%d8%a7%d9%84-%d9%85%d8%af%d8%b1%d9%8a%d8%af-%d9%8a%d9%81%d9%88%d8%b2-2-1-%d8%b9%d9%84%d9%89-%d8%a3%d9%84%d9%85%d9%8a%d8%b1%d9%8a%d8%a7/%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%af%d9%88%d8%b1%d9%8a-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%a5%d8%b3%d8%a8%d8%a7%d9%86%d9%8a/

However, worpdress creates another post with the same everything but removing the category in the url.

I’m afraid it will impact my SEO, can you help me find a solution please ?
