Since you have a lot of posts, please get in touch with your hosting provider and make sure that you have the following PHP values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000

I have set and confirm the current PHP configuration as below
PHP Memory Limit: 1024M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 2000
The VPS is 4cpu-16gbRAM, how long will it take for the 150k migration to finish, like estimate time so I can be patient this time around. I want to do this quickly so we can go pro.

Unfortunately, we cannot determine a fixed/estimated time since this can depend on a lot of factors (like the server’s performance and speed).
As you’ve increased the PHP variables limits, I suggest you increase them even further (maximum possible) since you have a lot of posts data to be imported.
Once done, you can start the import process in your free time and let it complete itself. Please note that it is not recommended to stop the import process in-between as it might result in corrupted data.
