If you can’t edit those pages then you should get in touch with the support of your theme and ask them to add an H1 heading by editing the template files of the themes. You can also simply ignore the warnings as those are only suggestions and you can’t manage the pages.

Since the pages are a collection of your posts & products and don’t have any content of their own, not having an H1 tag won’t affect the SEO performance much.
