Please try setting up the plugin and your Google account again and make sure to follow closely the steps described here: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/
Once set up, you should also try the other method for inserting your JSON Key in the appropriate field on the Rank Math > Instant Indexing page: if you previously copy pasted the file contents in the field, then try the file upload method, and vice versa.
If neither of these helps, please get in touch with your hosting provider and send them the error message. It is possible that they already have a fix for this or suggest a possible solution.
