This data is used in the knowledge graph in the local SEO and completely optional. If your site uses a custom app for sharing posts or other functionality, then you can add the APP ID on this option, but if you do not have any functionality that requires an app, then you can skip this field.
If you didn’t put your Facebook app ID, we will not generate the meta tag on your website. Could you also provide the affected URL to investigate further?

You can easily disable all the OpenGraph tags on the head section of your pages by adding the following code snippet on your theme’s functions.php file:

* Hook to remove og:tags
*/
add_action( 'rank_math/head', function() {
remove_all_actions( 'rank_math/opengraph/facebook' );
remove_all_actions( 'rank_math/opengraph/twitter' );
});
