The popup that you are seeing is the Social Snippet Editor of Rank Math. It lets you manage the link preview when you share the link on social media platforms. The box will help you add a Social Image, Title, and Description for the link previews and will show you a preview of how your link will look when shared on Facebook and Twitter.
It will not share your posts on Facebook or Twitter. You will have to share them manually or use a social sharing plugin for that.

Thanks for the quick reply…ok do you have a social sharing plugin favourite that fits Rankmath? Or do you have one in the program that can be used?

Unfortunately, Rank Math doesn’t offer a social sharing feature as of yet. However, you can use another WordPress social sharing plugin to enable this feature on your website:
