    I bought 50 credits of rank math AI but it is not showing on my WordPress backend dashboard to activate.

    Please head over to your website’s dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and on this page, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    I have tried disconnecting and connecting again but it is still not showing on the dashboard. Is there anything else that I need to do?

    Please head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:
    refresh

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Modules and make sure that the Content AI module is enabled.
