I have connected my RankMath account and done all of these but the credits I bought aren’t still showing.

I now understand what is actually wrong and why I am not seeing the credits I purchased.
I purchased the A.I credits under an account that was created automatically for me when I clicked to purchase the credits. This account is different from the RankMath account under which all my websites are connected.
I would like to ask that my credits be transferred to the account under which all my websites are connected so that I can start using my A.I credits.
The RankMath account which the credits were purchased under is: Username: joseph-7557
My original RankMath account where all my websites are connected is: Username: josepha.iyongo
I will be glad if this change is effected and the account that was opened automatically ( joseph-7557) closed.
