Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
If your theme does not support title tag, you can include this by adding the following code to your theme’s function.php file:
add_theme_support( 'title-tag' );
You can then edit the title and meta description from the Rank Math metabox on the homepage edit screen.

Please click on the link labelled “Edit page: Home” which will take you to your homepage edit screen where you can edit the SEO meta on the Rank Math metabox by clicking on Edit Snippet button as shown below:

It helps allot it was awesome thanks allot but I still need guide on how I can set h1 tag because my analytic is showing that their is no h1 tag but I don’t know how to come over it

Thanks for the follow up.
You will need to edit the page template that is responsible for displaying content on your theme and add these tags. You can get in touch with your theme author so that he/she can help in making the modification.
Alternatively, you can use a page builder plugin to modify the HTML content on the page and add these tags.
