About the difference between Article and Blogpost schema, we talk in detail on this post about all the schemas (https://rankmath.com/kb/rich-snippets/) and the Article and Blogpost schema can be used interchangeably.

The News Article should only be used for factual news content, so if that is your case, you should use that one in your content.

Setting the News Article Schema type of any post on your website is simple, and you can do so in Rank Math’s Meta Box’s Schema tab. As illustrated below, open the Schema Generator.

From the list of available Schema types, click on Use against the Article Schema.

You can choose News Article as Article Type and click Save for this Post.

And then, update the post as you would normally do, and you can check the page with Google’s Rich Results Testing tool to confirm that the Schema has been implemented correctly.
