How to set credits?

    I’m trying to set max credits on a website as you do in your tutorial. I seems to have 5000 credits but I don’t get the same as your tutorial. What do I do wrong? where do I select the credits

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with setting the credits. To set the maximum credits for a website, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Rank Math account that you used to purchase the Business/Agency License.
    2. Navigate to the Websites section from the left sidebar.
      Open Websites section in Rank Math account area
    3. Here, you should see all your connected websites along with their current credit usage.
    4. To set the credit limit for a specific website, click the Set Limit button next to the Content AI Credits option for that website.

    5. Enter the number of credits you want to allocate and click the Save button.

    If you are still not seeing the options as described in the tutorial, please ensure that you are logged into the correct account and that your license supports this feature. If everything seems correct but you still face issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    Hi – I’m sorry. But I do not see a “Set Limit button next to the Content AI Credits option for that website.

    Thank you for contacting support.

    Those options are only available for people with a Business or Agency subscription. In the Free and PRO subscriptions you cannot set a limit to a particular website and the credits are shared amongst all the connected websites.
