How to remove Meta data that was added by slack integration?

    I have a problem because my email address is showing up in my site’s meta data.
    I figured out that I need to disable slack integration to stop this. This is done.

    But… how does the meta data get updated on existing pages? I have tried editing pages, saving them, etc. But I can’t seem to get this content to be removed.

    “<meta name=”twitter:label1″ content=”Written by”>
    <meta name=”twitter:data1″ content=”a**@m*****************”>
    <meta name=”twitter:label2″ content=”Time to read”>
    <meta name=”twitter:data2″ content=”Less than a minute”>”

    Thank you

  • Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Those metadata should be removed for your whole site once you have disabled the Slack Integration feature of Rank Math.

    Could you please share the affected URL/s so we can check as well?

    Meanwhile, ensure that you have disabled the feature per post type (post/page/product/CPT). Also, please clear your website’s cache and then head over to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > and click the Remove transients button

    Transient

    Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.
