I am afraid that Google extracts the post date from the post content and thus it is not possible for an SEO plugin to control this.
I can suggest that you reach out to your theme author and seek some help in disabling the display of the post date on the page template (most of the themes have an option to disable it).

Thank you! I hide the post date thru CSS on the function. Hopefully it works, i will post an update here.
