If it’s already indexed by Google, please set it to noindex first then submit a URL removal request through Google.
Please follow the below steps to remove URLs from Google:
1. Log into Webmaster Tools.
2. On the Dashboard homepage, click “Site Configuration” from the left side menu pane.
3. Click on “Crawler Access” and then select “Remove URL”
4. Click on “New removal request”
5. Type the full URL of the page you want to remove from the search results.

You can set the individual page from being indexed by editing your page and then selecting the Rank Math Settings on the sidebar then select the Advanced Tab :
