How to properly hide category name in breadcrum

    Hi need help, I did this settings now my breadcrumb structure is

    Home >> Post Tite

    I did not want like this,

    I need something like

    Home >> /permalink

    Because post titles and permalinks are different in my post

    So I need my permalinks in my breadcrumbs.
