How to minify CSS and javascript

    Hi RankMath Support Team,

    I’m using RankMath,

    Now your plugin is telling me to minify my CSS and Javascript.

    I used Autoptimize to minify the CSS and Javascript but the RankMath plugin keeps telling me to minify the CSS and Javascript codes from google as inserted in the sensitive data.

    I’m no techy and would like to know where I can find these codes and how to minify those.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    You should follow that analysis as a guide but not really strict. It is just some advice.

    Since Google fonts come from an external server (Google) and they are just the fonts you are using in your theme, they can’t be minified (no more).

    So, they are just false positives, you shouldn’t worry about them.
