thank you for your assist but I think something went wrong with import. I can deaktivate AIO as described at 2. and start wizard as 3. but I dont see the import window.

It means that Rank Math wasn’t able to detect any settings data left by All In One SEO.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

If the issue still persists, please also add your website URL in the sensitive data section to investigate further.

yes I have switched to advanced mode and also followed the Import & Export option.
I see the notice: Please keep only one SEO plugin active, otherwise, you might lose your rankings and traffic. Click here to Deactivate.
But AIO is deactivated! I don’t know what that means.

Thank you for getting back to us.
We have managed to correct the error that remained upon deactivating the AIO SEO plugin. It did not disappear due to caching of your site and upon removing the caching the error disappeared.
Concerning the issue of the All in One plugin not being able to import the settings, this is because they recently changed their way of data storage and are now storing the data differently. This is not as per our plugins’ structure but we will have to update our plugin to reflect the change.
Our devs team is aware of this issue internally and we will be releasing a fix very soon.
We would really appreciate your patience on this in the meantime.
