When AIO updated their plugin to version 4.x.x they completely rewrote the code and the import function stopped working for multiple SEO plugins.
This is something our team is aware and we are working hard on making the necessary changes to support the import from this version as well, but at the moment we don’t have the function ready.
If you can downgrade to version 3.x.x of AIO, you should be able to import the data correctly to Rank Math.

You can contact the support of AIOSEO for the old version of the plugin; however, you can also use the WPAllImport plugin to move most of your data for now:

Upon further checking, the old version of the AIOSEO plugin isn’t able to fetch the data of the latest version. So the workaround of importing from their old version doesn’t work anymore. And since they are exporting the data in JSON format WP All Import will also not work.
So currently, there is no way to import the data from their plugin. They changed completely how the data is saved so all importers basically broke and we are working on a solution to make Rank Math able to import the data from the plugin.
For now, you will have to set up all the meta data manually in Rank Math.
