Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with getting your website indexed by Google. It’s great to hear that you’re using Rank Math and have applied SEO to your site.
To ensure that Google crawls and indexes your website, here are some steps you can follow:
-
Check if Your URL is Indexed: First, verify whether your specific page is indexed by searching for it directly in Google. You can do this by entering the full URL in the search bar. If it appears in the results, it is indexed.
-
Use the Instant Indexing Feature: Rank Math offers an Instant Indexing feature that can help you notify search engines about new or updated content. To enable this:
- Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard.
- Enable the Instant Indexing module.
- After enabling, you can submit your page for indexing by hovering over the post on the Posts page and selecting Instant Indexing: Submit Page.

-
Check Your Robots.txt File: Ensure that your robots.txt
file is not blocking Google from crawling your site. You can check this by visiting `https://rankmath.com/kb/google-index/#noindex-attribute.
-
Submit a Manual Indexing Request: If your page still isn’t indexed after a while, consider submitting a manual indexing request through Google Search Console.
-
Monitor Your Index Status: You can check the index status of your pages within your WordPress dashboard by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Analytics → Index Status.

If you have followed these steps and are still experiencing issues, please reply to this ticket with any specific error messages or issues you are encountering, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope this helps you get your website indexed!

Okay, erm… I’m new to SEO, but I know a bit about it. But this is my first time doing it. I notice the following: the robot stated:
1) Check if your URL is indexed. I see no, it hasn’t, but give me alternative pages that are showing up from search.
2) Use the Instant Indexing Feature. I see this is working fine.
3) Check Your Robots.txt File. Not sure about it, but I see it is there on the website.
4) Submit a Manual Indexing Request. No issue, and it does allow it to manually index it.
5) Monitor Your Index Status. It shows me as if nothing has been created or done.
So, need help to fix it, as I’m a bit unsure how to resolve it.
Hello,
The product URL is already set to index. Also, it is already included in your sitemap, and your robots.txt is working fine.
Please note that it is completely normal for a newly published post/page/website to take time before it gets crawled or indexed by Google. It depends on a lot of factors. Your posting frequency + the domain authority are just two of the many factors Google considers when indexing some new URLs.
Since the URL is already set to index, it is just a waiting game before Google decides to include the URL in the search results pages.
You’ll just need to ensure that your posts and pages are already set to index by following this guide:

Looking forward to helping you.
Hi, thanks for the update. Okay, I will keep waiting to see when product section finally show up on search engine, as that only thing I see not there yet.
