Hello,
Thank you for getting in touch and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
The sitemap is not stored, it is usually generated automatically according to the URLs on your site. To try and refresh your sitemap, can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
That said, you should be able to easily fix this by making some changes to your WP files as described on this page: https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/security/hacked/fixing_the_japanese_keyword_hack
That should fix your issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Sorry for the delay.
I’ve checked your sitemap, and it seems that it’s already working fine. Please refer to the screencast attached in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Could you also try to clear your browser’s cache or accessing it in incognito mode in Chrome? If it’s still not working, please take a screenshot or screen-recording of the issue and include it in the sensitive data section.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.
thank you for the update the hosting provide clear the infectious files, how much time this will take to recrawl the website or I have to do something manually or the rankmath plugin will index and recrawl the website
Hello,
Thank you for keeping in touch with us.
You don’t have to do anything after you submitted your sitemap. Give it a few days until Google uses the sitemap to crawl the website and index the URLs using it. After a few days, if you are still seeing issues, let us know.
Looking forward to helping you.
the Japanese keywords hacks are already indexed, so how to deindex all and index the correct keywords! thank you
