I visited your website’s admin area and I went to check if there’s a plugin/theme conflict that might be causing the issue here, but the Health Check troubleshooting plugin is not working properly on your website. Even after enabling the troubleshooting mode, all the plugins remain active on the WordPress sidebar.
In this case, we would have to manually disable the plugins to check the issue. Alternatively, you create a staging website and replicate the issue there and share its logins so that we can perform the troubleshooting there and your live website doesn’t get affected by the troubleshooting.
