I logged into your website’s admin area and I was able to replicate the issue. The issue is likely caused by your caching plugin.
Since you’re not able to access the WP dashboard, FTP logins would be required to fix the issue. You can get in touch with your web host for getting the FTP logins.
Once you’ve got your FTP logins, you can add them to the sensitive data section of this ticket so that we can further investigate the issue.

I do not have access to the hosting provider. Isn’t there any other way? Can you manually remove RankMath instead on that website?

Unfortunately, any plugin or theme cannot be removed until you have the access to the WordPress dashboard or the backend of the server.
In such cases, only the Hosting provider can assist you further.
