Please head back to the settings tab and make sure you have saved the settings correctly then clear cache and refresh the page. If the settings are saved then head to the console tab again.
If the issue persists, We would request you to go through the steps once again. Please make sure you follow the instructions once again and religiously. Try to add the service account properly and cross-check the settings.

This is a tried and tested method and we are certain these instructions work. They have worked for 1000s of users. It is possible that you might have missed a step or incorrectly chose some option.
