I checked your website and the plugin ‘.html after URL’ seems to be preventing the redirects from functioning correctly. We recommend disabling the html after URL and redirecting all the “.html” pages to the ‘/’ versions.
Please provide access to a staging site so we can troubleshoot further without risk of breaking the live site.
