    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Please add a featured image to the pages, then go to the SEO settings of the page > Schema Tab > Delete the Article Schema and add it again.

Once done, clear the website cache and check the URL with the Rich Snippet tool.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

Thanks because (https://thetouristspot.com/15-best-things-to-do-in-charleston-il/) got fixed but what about this URL https://blog.trulymadly.com/tips-for-long-distance-relationships/ showing Missing field “url” (optional) error again. how to fix (Missing field “url” (optional))

    Hello,

Please make sure you have enabled the Author Archives from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Authors. Also, try deleting the current schema and adding it again on the same page.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
