Since both URLs are accessible and not being redirected you need to choose one of the versions (slash or non-slash) that you want to apply on your entire website and then proceed to make the redirection in your NGINX configuration.
If you are not comfortable editing the NGINX configuration please ask your hosting provider to do that for you.
