I’m facing an issue where the Content AI credits are not updating in Rank Math even after purchasing new credits. I’ve tried refreshing the account connection, but the credits still don’t show up. How can I resolve this?

To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

Log in to the Correct Account: Ensure that you are logged into the account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.

Check Your Credits: Go to your Rank Math account and check if the correct remaining credits are displayed. You can do this by visiting this link.

Refresh Your Connection: If the credit count is correct in your account but not showing on your website, go to your WordPress admin area and navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.

Refresh Content AI Credits: After reconnecting, head back to Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits count again. This will request the updated credits from our server.
