Usually, you don’t add Schema to Category and Tag pages. It is added only on pages and posts since there you will have content you need to classify (using the Schema).
The Local Business Schema is automatically applied to your site, and these data are from the Local SEO module.
Could you please confirm if you wanted to remove/disable that schema on your category and tag pages? Or completely remove that schema on your whole site?
