    How to disable Global Templates in use for all products?
    as it is creating a problem

    I’m not sure whether I fully understand the question.

    Are you referring to the global schema templates created using the Schema Templates option?

    If yes, then as that is a PRO feature, could you please share the email ID you used to purchase the PRO subscription of Rank Math?

    If that’s not the case and you’re referring to the default WooCommerce Product schema, then you can disable that by selecting the “None” option under your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products > Schema Type.

    Hello,

    We were able to locate your Rank Math PRO subscription. You currently have two Rank Math accounts (a Free and a PRO account), if you wish to get the accounts merged, please let us know your preferred email ID.

    You can disable the global templates from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Schema Templates.

    You can either trash the schema template or change/remove the display conditions to remove the global templates.
