1. Unlike posts/pages/products, it’s not possible to optimize the category or product category archives much. Also, you can only edit the title and the meta description, and insert 1 focus keyword since it doesn’t make much sense to optimize such a short piece of content. Here’s a link for more information:

2. I’ve checked the page’s source code, and it seems that it is set to index. Since it’s an empty archive page, you can enable this option on your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta:

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:
