Those sitemaps should be automatically created once you enable the WooCommerce module in the Rank Math Dashboard. If you did and you still don’t have them, let us know.
The URL you have to submit is https://yourdomain.com/sitemap_index.xml
In that URL, Search Engines will be able to find all the other sitemaps (so you have to just add that URL).

I still do not have sitemap created. When I access the https://shopusamade/sitemap-index.xml I get error: “Error loading stylesheet: An unknown error has occurred (805303f4)”

Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/xXXhDt
2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server.
