Could you share a screencast of the issue so that we can understand its insights? You can use a tool like loom to create the screencast and then share the generated link here in the ticket.
In the meantime, please check with your web host if the ModSecurity feature is enabled on your server as it is possible that it blocks the connection of your website to your Rank Math account. If yes, please disable it and see if that fixes the issue.
