how to compatible with WordPress 4.9.16 with RankMath SEO Plugin

    Hello RankMath,
    I have a WordPress site which version is 4.9.16. When I add Plugin – RankMath SEO – they show a warning.
    Warning: This plugin has not been marked as compatible with your version of WordPress.

    If I install RankMath despite warning, Can it affect my website?

    As the plugin is not compatible with the version of WordPress that you’re using, we would not recommend you try to forcefully install it. You can update the version of WordPress on your website and then install Rank Math.

    Also, after WordPress 4.9.16, there have been several improvements related to features and security.
