The only option in Rank Math that could be doing it could be the “Open External Links in New Tab/Window” setting, that you can change in the Rank Math plugin Dashboard, as you can see in the following screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/3H9DlS

I would like to add that it might only be happening because you are using an IP. So, our plugin might be counting your links are external since it is built to work on domains.
Once you use a domain, our plugin will be able to tell the difference between an internal and external link better.
